When the city of Toronto merged with six of its neighbouring municipalities, so too did their respective hydro-electric utilities. Toronto Hydro now serves over 3 million commercial and residential customers across the greater Toronto area and is considered to be one of the largest hydro-electric utility companies operating in North America.

Shown on here is a sample of a vehicle graphics manual that was developed for the re-branding program. This manual was designed to address a wide variety of different vehicle makes and models, specifying the proper size and positioning of hundreds of different graphics to be applied across the entire fleet.
